         上海硅知识产权交易中心有限公司（SSIPEX）是工业和信息化部、上海市为促进我国集成电路设计业成长，提升电子信息产业知识产权水平，培育物联网等新兴产业发展而建立的行业性公共服务机构之一。每年服务国内外客户近百家，其中外省市客户约40％。中心已有软件著作权有8个、布图登记9个、商标权 1个。
         中心拥有良好的IC设计开发软硬件设施，集成电路专利数据库及专利信息分析及管理系统。可以为提供IP/SoC设计服务、测试验证、IP核交易交换、以及知识产权检索分析、专利侵权比对分析、知识产权无形资产评估、知识产权交易、专利数据库及专利管理软件定制、专利代理、知识产权司法鉴定等服务。同时，中心开展了物联网公共服务，组织策划了若干环境监测物联网工程项目。

         Shanghai Silicon Intellectual Property Exchange Co., Ltd. (SSIPEX）was founded by the Ministry of Industry and Information, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization. It is one of the industrial public service organizations to improve China’s IC design industry, to boost intellectual property level of electronic information industry and to foster new industry such as internet of things.SSIPEX has almost one hundred abroad and domestic customers yearly and possesses 8 software copyrights, 9 layout-design registration and 1 trademark.

         SSIPEX has good IC design facilities, IC patent database, patent information analysis & management system. We provide IP/SoC design service, test and verification, IP core trade and exchange, IP indexing and analysis, patent infringement contrastive analysis, IP intangible assets evaluation, IPR trade, patent database and patent management software customer-making, patent agent service and IP forensic service, etc. We also carry out public service of IOT, having schemed and organized several IOT projects for environment monitoring.
