中心开展主流CPU实现技术研究
SSIPEX Carrying Out the Research of Main CPU Implementation Technique
CPU是国际集成电路的"皇冠"产品，也是电子行业最高端竞争的领域。近年来，国内有上海高性能、C-core等多家CPU研发和生产单位和企业，在高性能"大CPU" 和嵌入式"小CPU"领域取得突破，但桌面"中CPU"领域应用仍处于起步阶段。上半年，我中心为掌握国际桌面CPU主要产品情况，对Intel、AMD、VIA公司三款经济型定位、面向笔记本电脑的多核CPU产品制造工艺开展了研究，目前已经建设完成包括Intel公司十年来1382款详细指标的《Intel CPU产品数据库》，并同步研究了相应的设计方法与制造技术。
CPU is the "Crown" product of international integrated circuit, and is also the most competitive field in electron industry. In recent years, many CPU research, development and producing companies and enterprises have made breakthroughs in high-performance "large CPU" and Embedded "small CPU" fields, for example, Shanghai ICDC, C-core,etc. But the desktop "middle CPU" field still remains the infancy. During the first half year, in order to master main products condition of international desktop CPU, SSIPEX carried out research on the manufacturing process of Intel, AMD and VIA's three multinuclear CPU products, which are economical orientation and face laptops. At present, we have finished 1382 styles of detailed indicative Intel CPU product database including Intel company in the recent 10 years and also carried out the corresponding design solution and manufacturing technology simultaneously.
同时，我中心还对Intel公司的知识产权情况进行了分析。目前，Intel公司的美国专利有17939件，初步筛选后器件结构与工艺相关专利462件，互联与low-k介质相关专利229件，光刻相关专利162件，晶圆处理相关专利11件，存储器相关专利145件。其专利根据内容分成4大类：
一是器件相关专利，主要包括器件的结构及结构形成的过程。
二是互联相关专利，主要包括互联电性能相关特性的形成与改良。
三是晶圆处理过程，主要包括化学机械抛光相关内容。
四是存储相关专利，主要包括存储器整体和单元的电路结构，特殊的工艺处理过程等。
At the same time, SSIPEX analyzed patent portfolio of Intel's advanced manufature. Right now, American patents of Intel company are about 17939 pieces. And after preliminary searching the patents related to device structure and craft are about 462 pieces, the patents related to interconnection and low-k medium are about 229 pieces, the patents related to photoetching are about 162 pieces, the patents related to wafer processing are about 11 pieces, the patents related to memorizer are about 145 pieces. They are classified into 4 categories by content:
the patents related to device, mainly including the device structure and the process of structure formation.
the patents related to interconnection, mainly including the formation and improvement of related features of interconnection electrical property.
the patents related to wafer processing, mainly including content related to chemico-mechanical polishing.
the patents related to memory, mainly including the circuit configuration of the whole and unit of memorizer, special fabrication processing procedure, etc.
这些研究结果清晰地反应了国际主流CPU在设计、制造上的关键技术突破点及专利布局，为国内企业在主流新性能CPU开发提供良好的知识产权基础，从而降低了知识产权风险。相关报告和数据库可为客户提供定制服务。
These research results clearly reflect the key technology breakthrough points and patent portfolio of international mainstream CPU in design and manufacture, which provides good intellectual property base for inland enterprises developing mainstream new-performance CPU, and reduces the risk of intellectual property infringement.
