本报告是《上海市信息技术领域专利态势研究（2012）》分报告之二。
本报告由上海硅知识产权交易中心有限公司（以下简称SSIPEX）对我国集成电路领域的专利现状，尤其是上海市集成电路领域的专利发展状况做出的分析报告。SSIPEX通过调研、查阅产业资料与专利检索、分析相结合的研究方式，根据我国集成电路领域的专利发展趋势，结合上海市在该领域专利申请的实际情况，对我国、上海市集成电路的专利状况进行客观的评估，为政府、行业协会、科研院所以及相关技术领域的企业提供第三方的专利决策参考。
报告分为两个部分。
第一部分是2011年集成电路产业专利分析。截止2011年12月31日，我国集成电路设计类的发明专利申请和实用新型专利共有117196件，其中发明专利申请有90003件，实用新型有27193件。报告按照设计、制造、封装、测试分类，分别对专利申请年度分布情况、国内外年度专利申请对比、国内申请主要省市年度分布、IPC技术年度分布情况、主要权利人年度分布情况进行分析。
第二部分是上海集成电路产业专利分析。分析说明了全国及上海集成电路公开（公告）数量变化情况、国内及上海集成电路企业专利公开增长变化情况、上海集成电路专利公开（公告）情况在全国的位置、集成电路专利类型状况、专利权利人排名情况。
Shanghai Integrated Circuit Patent Trend Research (2012) reflects the current situation of patent in Chinese IC industry, especially makes a patent analysis about the development situation of IC industry in Shanghai. The report is based on the development trend of Chinese IC industry, combined with the actual situation of patent application in IC industry of Shanghai. The report evaluates the status of patent of integrated circuits in China and Shanghai, and provides patent decision-making reference for the government, industry organization, research institutes and technology enterprises.
