为了全面反映和总结我国2012年集成电路产业知识产权发展态势，加强知识产权工作，促进我国集成电路产业发展，中国半导体行业协会知识产权工作部和上海硅知识产权交易中心联合编写《中国集成电路产业知识产权年度报告》（2013版）。希望通过这项工作，使会员单位和行业能够以最快捷的方式获得我国2012年度集成电路产权的专利申请数量、国内外专利申请比较、按IPC（国际专利分类法）的专利分类、以及布图设计专有权等情况，作为工作参考。
        本报告共分三个部分。
        第一部分是2012年我国集成电路产业专利分析。对我国集成电路产业（2012）相关背景、技术分类分别进行介绍，并对分析报告数据的来源、专利数据分析目的、技术分类等方面进行说明。按照设计、制造、封装、测试四类，从年度公开趋势、区域分布、权利人分布、主要技术领域分布等角度对所检索的专利数据进行统计分析。截止到2012年12月31日，中国大陆权利人共公开（公告）集成电路专利173402件，其中授权专利30433件，在2012年获得集成电路授权发明专利1262件，占当年所有集成电路授权发明专利的96.48%。
        第二部分是2012年集成电路布图设计专有权分析。2001年10月1日至2012年12月31日，在中国登记公告的布图设计总计6506件（包括国外的专利权人和个人在中国登记的所有布图设计专有权），呈现逐年递增态势。报告具体分析了我国集成电路布图设计登记总体情况和2012年度的情况，包括布图设计登记公告量年度分布情况、全国布图设计登记省市排名情况、重点地区、国家布图设计数量对比情况、集成电路布图设计专有权的产品分布情况等。
        第三部分，为2012年中国集成电路产业知识产权分析总结。分析了中国集成电路产业知识产权呈现的特点，并针对今后中国集成电路产业知识产权的发展提出了相关建议：集成电路专利申请量继续增长，技术创新仍然十分活跃；集成电路各细分领域专利布局特点不尽相同；实施专利权人知识产权策略， 适时考虑展开专利运营。

        China IC Industry Intellectual Property Annual Report(2013 edition) is jointly written by China Semiconductor Industry Association, the Ministry of intellectual property rights, and Shanghai Silicon Intellectual Property Exchange, to fully reflect and summarize our 2012 IC industry development trend of intellectual property rights, and promote the development of China's IC industry. By this work, we expect that the member units will get the number of 2012 patent applications in the IC industry and the registration number of integrated circuit design right, etc., in the most efficient way, which will be a reference.
        This report includes three parts.
        The first part describes the patent analysis of 2012 China's IC industry; the second part is the description of analysis of integrated circuit layout right in 2012; the third part is the conclusions and recommendations for the intellectual property rights of 2012 China's IC industry.
