本报告是《上海市信息技术领域专利态势研究（2012）》分报告之一。
        本报告由上海硅知识产权交易中心有限公司（以下简称SSIPEX）对我国物联网领域关键技术的专利现状，尤其是上海市物联网领域关键技术的专利发展状况做出的分析报告。SSIPEX通过调研、查阅产业资料和检索、分析专利信息，分析研究我国物联网领域关键技术的专利发展状况，同时结合上海市在该领域专利的申请情况，对我国、上海市物联网关键技术的专利态势进行客观的评估，为政府、行业协会、科研院所以及相关技术领域的企业提供第三方的专利策略制定的决策参考。
        本报告共分四个部分。
        第一部分主要对我国物联网领域相关背景、技术分类分别进行介绍，并对分析报告数据的来源、检索年限范围、专利数据分析目的、技术分类等方面进行说明。截止2011年12月31日，全国RFID技术领域公开（公告）的专利总数为6407件，其中发明专利3957件，实用新型专利2450件。
        第二部分是从宏观的角度，较全面地反映我国物联网领域关键技术及其产业、市场在我国发展的基本态势，主要从年度申请趋势、区域分布、申请人分布、主要技术领域分布等角度对所检索的专利数据进行统计分析，分析近年专利技术的研究热点，发展趋势，归纳总结国外在华申请的趋势和重点技术，并对全国物联网领域关键技术专利整体态势进行总结分析。
        第三部分，研究讨上海市物联网领域关键技术专利的宏观态势，针对上海的区域发展特点和特殊需求，从年度分布、区域分布、申请人分布、技术分布等几个方面进行统计分析，归纳出近年上海在物联网领域的研发热点，专利技术发展趋势，并对上海市物联网领域关键技术专利整体态势进行总结分析。
        第四部分，为总结和建议，分析了上海物联网产业专利申请情况呈现的特点，并针对今后上海物联网产业专利的发展提出了相关建议。建议在RFID方面，研究具有国际领先水平的、有较大发展潜力的共性技术和前瞻性技术；在MEMS方面，加快推进MEMS设计和制造的发展；在WSN方面，建设WSN公共研发平台，进行核心技术开发、工艺试验、材料国产化验证。

        Shanghai Internet of Things Patent Trend Research (2012) is one of the "studies of Shanghai information technology patent (2012)".
        This report reflects the current situation of patent technology in the field of Internet of things in China, especially analyzes patent development of the Internet of things in Shanghai.
        This report includes four parts.
        The first part introduces the background and technical classification of Internet of things in China, and the source of data, retrieval time range, patent data analysis purpose, classification and other aspects of technology are described.
        The second part reflects Chinese Internet industry, key technology and its market under recent situation. This part statistically analyzes annual application trends, regional distribution, the patent applicant distribution, main technical field distribution.
        The third part studies the macro trend for Shanghai patent technology Internet field. According to the characteristics of Shanghai regional development and special needs, the report summed up the research focus and, the development of patent technology trend in the field of Internet of things in Shanghai.
        The fourth part is the conclusions and recommendations. Put forward some suggestions for the future development of the Internet of things in Shanghai.
