作为每年一次例行举办的经典研讨会，“IC CHINA 2013知识产权论坛”日前在上海浦东如期举行，本次研讨会的主题是《新标准专利与新运营模式》。本次研讨会由中国半导体行业协会主办，上海硅知识产权交易中心有限公司(SSIPEX)、上海斯派克斯科技有限公司承办，并得到了上海市经济和信息化委员会、上海市集成电路行业协会以及上海市浦东新区科学技术协会的支持。
       The annual event, “IC CHINA 2013 Intellectual Property Seminar”, was held in Pudong, Shanghai recently. The theme of the seminar is “new standard patent and new patent operation mode”. Seminar was hosted by China Semiconductor Industry Association, sponsored by Shanghai Silicon IP Exchange and Shanghai SSIPEX company, and supported by Shanghai Economy and IT Council, Shanghai IC Association and Shanghai Pudong Association for Science & Technology.
        本次研讨会以《新标准专利与新运营模式》为主题，邀请了包括中国半导体行业协会IC设计分会、上海市信息家电行业协会、上海无线通信研究中心、上海数字电视国家工程研究中心、上海华力微电子有限公司、中芯国际集成电路制造(上海)有限公司、上海华虹宏力半导体制造有限公司、百视通新媒体股份有限公司等单位的近120名代表参加了本次研讨会。据了解，作为国内专业的知识产权服务平台，SSIPEX长期致力于为企业提供一站式知识产权服务。本次研讨会围绕着《新标准专利与新运营模式》这一主题，与会代表共同探讨了国际IC企业的中国IP实践、基于基因芯片的专利申请及运营、如何在半导体晶圆厂做专利布局、标准专利诉讼应对策略、企业专利运营策略及电子产品专利维权探讨等一系列的关键议题，并通过国外知名企业及法律服务机构的经验分享，充分了解标准与专利间的紧密关系，协助企业进行知识产权保护、维权和成果转化，从而促进上海及长三角地区乃至全国的半导体行业的快速发展。

        The seminar focused on “new standard patent and new patent operation mode” and attracted more than 120 participants, which covered China Semiconductor Industry Association IC Branch, Shanghai Information Household Appliance Industry Association, Shanghai Wireless Communication Research Center, Shanghai Digital TV Research Center, Shanghai Hali Microelectorinics Corporation, SMIC, BesTV and so on.
