新浪科技讯 北京时间4月30日上午消息，美国最高法院周二裁决，如果成功击退“无理的”专利诉讼，企业便可要回因此支付的法律费用。这可能对谷歌(527.7, 10.55, 2.04%)、苹果(592.33, -1.76, -0.30%)和其他科技企业有利。
苹果和谷歌等科技公司一直都呼吁美国最高法院出台相关规定，他们表示，经常会面临一些无理的专利诉讼，对方利用了潜在的高额诉讼成本达成快速和解的目的。而美国国会也在考虑出台立法，要求败诉方在多数情况下支付胜诉方的相关费用。
业内人士认为，此举有助于打击“专利流氓”。(书聿)
