2015年6月25日，专利授权公司Evolved Wireless, LLC在美国德拉瓦地区法院起诉HTC corporation产品侵权了其5件LTE标准必要专利，相关HTC产品包括智能手机, 平板电脑, 以及其他兼容LTE标准的电子产品。 涉及的LTE标准至少包括TS 36.211，.300, .321, .331, 和.423。诉讼涉及的专利共5件，具体专利信息如下表所示

可以看出，这些专利都是比较新的专利，都是近五年内授权的专利。原告Evolved Wireless, LLC在诉状中称，该公司拥有从LG公司转让的LTE无线通信系统标准必要专利组合。涉诉5件专利均为专利组合中的专利，是3GPP(the Third Generation Partnership Project) 36系列技术标准，至少包括TS 36.211，.300, .321, .331, 和.423。
原告同一天在同一家法院还就上述同样的5件专利对Microsoft、ZTE、Samsung、Lenovo和Apple几家公司有专利侵权诉讼，被诉的侵权产品主要是智能手机、平板电脑、无线网络通讯设备如路由器等产品。
