2015年8月6日，Toshiba Samsung Storage Technology Korea Corporation（下文简称TSST-K）在美国特拉华地区法院发起对LG电子公司的专利侵权诉讼。TSST是日本东芝和韩国三星电子两家公司合资企业。诉讼涉及的产品包括光盘驱动器系列产品-BP40NS20, BT30N, CP40NG10, CT40N, GA31N, GA50N, GE20LU11, GE24LU20。
