LSI公司于2015年9月21日在加利福尼亚北部地区法院对Funai电子发起了专利侵权诉讼。其他原告还包括Agere系统公司和Avago公司，其他被告还包括Funai公司、Funai服务公司、P and F美国公司等。
该诉讼涉及的产品包括Philips, Magnavox, Sylvania, Emerson, Funai and Symphonic, including digital televisions (DTVs), Blu-ray disc players, DVD players, home theater systems, DTV/DVD player combinations, and other similar audiovisual products。
